Owner Lists
Proprietary Garage Data
Stop guessing who owns what. We leverage proprietary database partnerships to identify off-brand owners in your PMA and target them with high-value trade-in offers.
What We Deliver
- Conquest list building
- Defector tracking
- Lease expiration targeting
- Multi-channel activation
What Garage Data Contains
Garage data is a compiled database of vehicle ownership records sourced from registration data, DMV filings, warranty records, and other aggregated sources. It tells us who owns which vehicle, where they live, approximately when they bought it, and how far they are from your store. We use this data to build highly precise targeting lists for conquest sales and service campaigns.
- Vehicle make, model, year, and trim for every household in your PMA
- Estimated purchase date and ownership tenure (how long they've owned the vehicle)
- Estimated mileage based on registration data and average usage models
- Household address and demographic overlay
- Lease vs. purchase flag where available
- Brand loyalty flags (single-brand household vs. mixed-brand household)
List Strategies We Build
The value of garage data is in how it's applied. We build list strategies designed for your specific sales and service objectives.
- Conquest by make: identify all Toyota or Honda owners in your PMA for a competitive trade-in conquest campaign
- Service conquest: non-franchise service customers in your market who may be going to an independent shop
- High-mileage targeting: owners whose vehicles are likely approaching a major service need or replacement decision
- Lease expiration targeting: identified lessees whose contracts expire in the next 60–120 days
- Off-brand defectors: your own previous customers who traded out of your brand and now own a competitor's vehicle
- OEM regional conquest: targeting competitor brand concentrations in a specific sales region
